Ante la inminente transposición definitiva de la Directiva Whistleblowing a la legislación española, Alvarez y Marsal y EQS Group han hecho un estudio conjunto para conocer el impacto de la obligatoriedad de los canales de denuncias en las empresas. Un asunto de gran actualidad que tiene y seguirá teniendo una gran incidencia en el tejido empresarial español.
Los resultados de la encuesta muestran que el correo electrónico y los canales de denuncia digitales son las herramientas más utilizadas por las empresas.
Asimismo podemos observar como 2 de 3 encuestados consideran útil la anonimización de los datos
Otro de los datos interesantes extraídos es que 3 de 4 considera positivo que el examinador de denuncias externo tenga conocimientos financieros.
Vemos también como 4 de cada 10 encuestados considera relevante que el examinador externo tenga experiencia en investigaciones de fraude, en compliance y auditoría y como gestor de canales de denuncia
Para finalizar observamos que 3 de cada 4 encuestados estima que el examinador debe tener al menos 5 años de experiencia profesional.
