Giorgio Perconti is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Milan and Rome.
Mr. Perconti brings more than 23 years of international senior corporate finance and due diligence experience, including buy- and sell-side due diligence, share and purchase agreement advice, carve-out accounts, post-deal support, and completion accounts. He has also advised private equity and corporate clients across a range of industries, including transportation, diversified industrial products, consumer products, life sciences, leisure, packaging, and retail.
Mr. Perconti has handled more than 200 transactions in Italy, the UK, Spain, the US, and Latin America. He has also provided recurring due diligence services to large corporates, such as Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Invitalia, and Acea SpA.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Perconti worked with EY, serving most recently as Associate Partner. Previously, he was with Deloitte in the Transaction Support group, where he worked on buy- and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients, first in Madrid and then in London.
Mr. Perconti earned a bachelor’s degree in economics (cum laude) from Luiss University in Rome. An Italian national, he is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
