Throughout his career, Mr. Kelly has driven performance improvement in a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, real estate development, energy, professional services, and financial services. He has successfully led the selection and implementation of finance ERP and EPM solutions at numerous clients throughout his career.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kelly was a Managing Director with SpearMC, where he led the financial pillar of the ERP practice and launched the firm’s EPM practice. He led a large nonprofit integrated healthcare system account, where he effectively aligned 30+ controllers and FP&A leaders on multiple finance ERP optimization projects.  In addition, Mr. Kelly served as the lead for a Fortune 100 multi-national healthcare enterprise account, where his team managed the integration of acquired entities’ financial processes including consolidations, transaction accounting, project accounting, payables and asset management into the corporate ERP and EPM environments.

Mr. Kelly began his career at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. He developed specialization in the ERP space and started his own systems integration company. In addition to his finance transformation work with Fortune 100-size clients, Mr. Kelly has also led various workstreams during acquisitions and carve-outs at mid-market private equity owned clients and has served in interim roles such as IT Director and Global Applications Director.

Mr. Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in commerce (concentration in finance and management information systems) from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
