With more than 21 years of transformation experience, Mr. Ghesquiere has an impressive record of delivering on financial improvement targets through structural enterprise change. His notable assignments include leading the supplier intervention for a global automaker, avoiding a manufacturing shutdown for their marquee model. Mr. Ghesquiere has worked with clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, industrials, aerospace and defense, energy, distribution, construction, healthcare, technology and banking.​ 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ghesquiere spent six years with AlixPartners in Dallas, where he most recently served as Director in their enterprise improvement practice. During his tenure, he led numerous successful large-scale enterprise transformations and project turnarounds. 

Mr. Ghesquiere earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
