Mr. Moore specializes in financial due diligence on the buy-side and vendor due diligence and vendor assist on the sell-side. He has also conducted independent business reviews, provided refinancing support and performed working capital performance improvement engagements throughout Australasia and Europe.

Mr. Moore has worked across multiple sectors, with a focus on TMT and software, industrial manufacturing, business services, consumer retail, infrastructure and private equity services. He has worked with a number of key PE firms, such as Bridgepoint, Stirling Square, KLAR, Triton, Trill Impact, IK, EQT, Cube Infrastructure Managers, Main Capital, Axcel Partners, Francisco Partners, Procuritas, Summa Equity and FSN Capital.  

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Moore spent seven years with KPMG and McGrathNicol in Australia and Sweden, where he managed teams within financial due diligence, working capital performance improvement and restructuring service lines.

Mr. Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and commerce from the University of Queensland. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
