With more than 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Price has established and led tax and legal businesses across the UK, EMEIA and globally. He has been the primary client service leader for the world’s largest banks, including HSBC and Standard Chartered. Mr. Price recently led engagements relating to DORA, Consumer Duty, Schrems II and contract digitization.  

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Price spent 27 years with EY in London, 24 of those years as a Partner.  Most recently, he served as the Managing Partner for EY Law for Financial Services, establishing EY Law on the legal panels of EMEIA’s largest banks and acquiring both Riverview Law and Pangea 3 alternative legal services firms. Mr. Price also led EY’s financial services business in the UK and founded and led the firm’s Global People Advisory Services business and its EMEIA Financial Services Tax business. 

Mr. Price started his professional career at Freshfields, where he qualified and practiced as a tax lawyer for five years.

Mr. Price earned a bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence from Oxford University.
