David Evans is a Managing Director and European practice leader with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory practice in London.

With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in providing financial due diligence services to  private equity sponsors and multinational corporate clients. He has worked on over 150 cross-border transactions across a wide range of sectors, but has deep sector expertise in media, software & technology and business services.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Evans served as a senior partner at Deloitte in London, where he led the Transaction Services practice and advised private equity and corporate clients on buy-side, sell-side and reporting accounting engagements.

Mr. Evans earned a honours degree in law from Edinburgh University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
