Eusebio Martin Zamora
With more than 30 years of business and management experience, Mr. Zamora has implemented large scale ERP and supply chain execution systems, defined network strategies, developed business intelligence and analytics teams from the ground up and managed large budgets and teams.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zamora spent 11 years with Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio, where he most recently served as Global Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics. In this role, he staffed global business intelligence and analytics teams and combined strategy and analytics to optimize go-to-market strategies, increasing sales win rate by three percent. He also optimized distribution strategies, reducing 20% of the distribution centers and saving more than $30 million. Additionally, Mr. Zamora established a digital transformation roadmap, resulting in 70% reduction in reports; established an internal/external data and analytics tools governance model; and developed a roadmap and vision to establish an ecosystem and revenue generation models, earning $85 million through data delivery.
Furthermore, Mr. Zamora served as Global Vice President of Supply Chain with Third Party Logistics Company to oversee distribution, transportation logistics, sales/warehouse operations and business intelligence. In this role, he led a managerial team of six, managing $100.8 million budget; drove sales operations, while continually improving metrics, dashboards, simulations and business intelligence; and set strategic direction for operations and facilities management and enterprise information technology.
Mr. Zamora earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and recently completed a master’s certification in business analytics from Harvard University.
