Florian Seehauser
With more than 14 years of consulting experience, Mr. Seehauser has supported numerous programs in corporate transformation, operational value creation, restructuring and lean management. He has worked with clients in various industries, including industrial goods, manufacturing, automotive suppliers, railway equipment manufacturers, life science, and private equity.
Most recently at A&M Mr. Seehauser was responsible for the transformation management office and value creation while supporting Bayer AG in the carve-out and sale of their environmental science professional business to a private equity investor. Other notable engagements include working on numerous programs in global footprint optimization, operational transformation, cost optimization and M&A transformation, including an interim restructuring role for a German automotive supplier in their Czech entity.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Seehauser spent three years with Alix Partners in Munich, serving most recently as Senior Vice President. Previously, he spent seven years with Porsche Consulting as a Senior Manager.
Mr. Seehauser earned a master's degree in business engineering (German Diplom degree) from the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim.
