Mr. Whiteley brings extensive experience in regulatory matters, regularly assisting regulators with enforcement activity and clients with responding to regulators. He has significant experience providing forensic technology services in complex, cross-border matters, including computer forensic services and detailed forensic examinations; e-discovery services, including, custodian interviews, identification, collection, search, analysis, de-duplication and production of electronically stored information (ESI); investigations and forensic reviews; and insider threat and data leakage, data analytics, cyber risk strategy, and incident response.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Whiteley spent 12 years with KordaMentha Forensic, serving most recently as Partner. He provided professional services, including computer forensics, e-discovery, investigations, and cybersecurity across Asia-Pacific
Previously, Mr. Whiteley was a Senior Manager in Fraud Investigations and Dispute Services at Ernst & Young. Prior to that, he served as a Covert Technical Officer (Sergeant) in the Covert Services Technical Unit and as a Forensic Investigator in the Computer Crime Squad of the Western Australia Police.
Mr. Whiteley earned a diploma of public safety (policing and investigations) from Edith Cowan University and a graduate certificate in computer forensics. He is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), a Relativity One Certified Professional (ROCP), and holds a Certificate IV in information technology and a Certificate III in investigations.
