Mr. Mimica has worked with clients on 200+ transactions, including platform acquisitions, add-on transactions, cross-border transactions, sale transactions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and mergers. In addition to financial due diligence engagements, he has led data and analytics analyses, forensic investigations, financial restructuring, business modeling, working capital analyses, and purchase agreement reviews.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mimica spent 22 years with the Deal Advisory group at KPMG, where he most recently served as Managing Director in New York supporting private equity clients.

Mr. Mimica earned a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Zagreb. He is a licensed Chartered Certified Accountant in the UK (ACCA). A US and Croatian national, Mr. Mimica is fluent in English and Croatian.
