Lynn Evison is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Transformation Services in London. She specializes in performance improvement/transformation within retail and consumer brands. Her primary areas of concentration are revenue/profit enhancement, cost reduction and operating model transformation.

With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Evison has significant experience in senior operational and consulting positions across APAC, Europe and North America. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Evison was the VP for the Supply Chain practice at Capgemini Invent. Her primary role was to establish a new business growth to help reposition the consulting division in the U.K. market. She also delivered high impact change programs for retail clients. Previously, she held the position of Executive VP for Global Retail Channels, Marketing and Supply Chain operations at Swarovski Switzerland. Ms. Evison developed the transformation plan, Global TOM and delivered rapid revenue improvements across all markets.

In addition, Ms. Evison led the European Buying & Merchandising sector for Kurt Salmon UK and delivered numerous large-scale transformation programs for retailers/brands at all stages of their lifecycle. Her engagements included core buying and merchandising process optimization, product sourcing and COGS reduction, retail productivity, inventory optimization and organization design.

Ms. Evison earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from De Montfort University and a diploma in digital marketing and change management from Shaw Academy.
