Mr. Pantzar’s expertise includes deep knowledge of the private equity industry and a track record of building effective teams within a multinational, listed environment. He is also an expert in tax structuring and modeling, tax due diligence, management participation programs, exit and IPO readiness, and overall transaction and project management.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pantzar spent over a decade at EQT, where he served as Global Head of Tax & Structuring, leading the tax strategy across the firm’s international platform, including advising on fund and transaction structuring as well as the compliance framework. He previously served as a Partner at EY in Stockholm, where he led the Nordic Private Equity Transaction Tax team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pantzar was a Tax Advisor at PwC in Stockholm, including nearly two years in the firm’s London office, where he focused on M&A tax transactions. He originally began his career in the Swedish Administrative Courts in Jönköping and Stockholm.

Mr. Pantzar earned an LLM from Lund University.
