With more than 13 years of combined work experience, Mr. Hill has advised clients through a variety of business challenges, including operating model disruptions, stagnant growth, downturns, complex financial restructurings and large-scale corporate transformations.

Mr. Hill’s notable recent engagements include identifying over $100 million in cost savings for a $17 billion public utility company and capturing $5.7 million in direct materials cost savings for a $500 million aerospace company. He also drove business development for an original equipment manufacturer supplier to the semiconductor, aerospace and defense, life science and medical device industries and led the sale of distressed corporate assets within and outside of bankruptcy court.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hill worked at Sherwood Partners, where he served as a Financial Advisor to distressed technology companies. Before that, he worked at AlixPartners, where he led large-scale corporate transformations. Previously, Mr. Hill worked in research and development at KLA and as an engineer at NASA.

Mr. Hill earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA from The University of Texas, as well as a master’s degree in optical sciences from the University of Arizona. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and Certified Turnaround Analyst.
