Rachel Woloszynski
With more than 10 years of experience, Ms. Woloszynski has managed independent monitorships and audits related to matters involving ITAR, CFIUS and BIS regulations, as well as conducted compliance and ethics program effectiveness and risk assessments. She brings experience with receivership administration and consumer redress programs.
Ms. Woloszynski’s notable assignments include conducting compliance assessments, project managing a third-party trade compliance audit for a company under settlement agreement with BIS; supporting a receivership involving the implementation of a court-ordered redress plan; and developing independent redress administration programs in connection with FTC settlement agreements.
Ms. Woloszynski has worked with clients across various industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, financial services, manufacturing, media and entertainment, pharmaceutical, public sector, real estate, technology and utilities.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Woloszynski spent seven years with Ankura Consulting Group, where she most recently served as Senior Director. Before that, she was in the Business Control Office at Deutsche Bank.
Ms. Woloszynski earned a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
