Rebecca Klischer-Goode is a Senior Director with A&MPLIFY, Alvarez & Marsal's AI powered digital agency, in Atlanta. She specializes in leading growth initiatives that re-imagine digital customer experiences, products, business models and loyalty programs with the power of design, data and analytics.
With more than 12 years of experience, Ms. Klischer-Goode has helped clients across industries pursue new digital growth opportunities, with a focus on customer desirability, business viability and both operational and technological feasibility. She has experience leading cross-functional teams of strategists, designers and developers in consumer and user research, concept ideation, competitive benchmarking, financial business case analysis and minimum viable product build.
Ms. Klischer-Goode’s notable clients have included C-Suite leaders at mid-sized to Fortune 500 brands across retail, consumer goods, capital markets and technology sectors.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Klischer-Goode served as Director with Accenture Strategy and was part of Accenture’s Digital Growth Accelerator. While in that role, she served as the Innovation Lead for one of Accenture’s largest global retail accounts. Her engagements included re-inventing and re-positioning the loyalty programs of a U.S. national convenience store and a global beauty brand. Ms. Klischer-Goode also co-led the successful design and build of two cloud-based customer behavior and marketing analytics products.
Additionally, Ms. Klischer-Goode served as Senior Product Manager with Amazon, where she led the end-to-end strategy and product expansion plan for Amazon Launchpad’s successful international launch in Canada.
Ms. Klischer-Goode earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Cedarville University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
