Rob Reid
In the public sector, Mr. Reid has worked with over 40 state and local governments to plan, manage, oversee, and monitor major infrastructure and construction programs, particularly those funded by federal or state grants. He has deep experience interpreting and applying complex regulations and legislation, designing and implementing major grant programs, and successfully overseeing the on-time and on-budget delivery of capital projects.
In the private sector, Mr. Reid’s industry experience includes manufacturing, mining, metals, chemicals, oil and gas, transportation, real estate, clean energy, and others. He has supported companies in North America, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Europe, and Latin America.
Mr. Reid regularly works with boards of directors, executives, and senior government leaders in recommending and implementing solutions to improve capital project performance.
Mr. Reid earned a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, McWhorter School of Building Science and an MBA from Duke University, the Fuqua School of Business. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction.
