Mr. Wilkinson has dedicated his entire career to executive search, founding Wilkinson Partners and leading as CEO until their acquisition by A&M, which led to the launch of A&M Search. Over the years, he has supported A&M with multiple office launches, MD hires and strategic market assessments, making his transition to A&M to develop and grow their search capability a natural progression.

Mr. Wilkinson’s clients span professional services firms (law and consulting firms), private equity funds, corporations and investment banking institutions. He has established a strong reputation for recruiting partners, MDs and senior leaders, contributing to business transformation through talent acquisition. His functional areas of expertise across professional services include tax, legal, transaction advisory, strategy and value creation. For private equity funds and investment banks, he has operated across investment, investor relations and distribution, fundraising, private wealth solutions and structured finance.

Mr. Wilkinson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from The University of Birmingham.
