Luka Mimica joins as Managing Director, further maturing the unit’s presence in the region

Part of Global TAG’s senior hiring momentum in the U.S. – including the addition of Val Philippe as Managing Director and U.S. Co-Leader of Global TAG’s Financial Services industry group in the region earlier this year – Mr. Mimica’s appointment reflects the continued growth of A&M’s transactions offering in the U.S. as the platform scales globally.

Most recently with KPMG as a Managing Director, Mr. Mimica brings more than 20 years of experience advising private equity and corporate clients across the transaction lifecycle in both North America and EMEA, leading both buy-side and sell-side engagements, and supporting complex international transactions, carve-outs and mergers. His industry expertise spans technology, telecommunications, media, energy, industrials, transportation & logistics, and retail.
