Within healthcare, Mr. Weber has consulted organizations that include: Advent Health, Orlando Health, Intermountain Health, Kaiser Permanente, Cigna, Aetna, CVS and multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield plans across the country. Prior to entering the health industry, Mr. Weber managed relationships with leading consumer brands, including Miller Coors, AB InBev, Walmart, Samsung, Heinz, Capital One and Ikea.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Weber served as Chief Marketing and Design Officer for M Health Fairview, a $6.5 billion healthcare system in Minneapolis. While at M Health Fairview, Mr. Weber launched the organization’s brand, built a design and innovation studio, built several mobile applications and constructed the organization’s website. He also led automation of much of the organization’s marketing process, reducing expenses by 30%.

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio State University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
