Early Career Growth at A&M
Reflecting on your early career, what made A&M stand out from other opportunities?
The most impactful aspect of A&M was the responsibility and trust placed in me from day one, which truly makes the firm stand out. As soon as I joined, I was given meaningful work and the chance to make a real contribution. Senior leaders put real trust in junior team members, challenging us to take on more as we grow while making sure we’re learning along the way. That environment has helped me grow both professionally and personally, and it’s been a really rewarding experience.
Mentorship and Networking Opportunities at A&M
How has A&M supported your personal or professional development since you joined?
A&M has given me a lot of opportunities to grow. At the firm level, joining the NextGen Employee Network has helped me connect with other early-career professionals across the business, learn more about A&M’s different services and build relationships that have broadened my perspective. On my team, senior leaders are genuinely invested in our development and take the time to help us understand new concepts and communicate them effectively. Altogether, these experiences have shown me how much A&M values and invests in young professionals. Collaborative Team Culture and Belonging.
Collaborative Team Culture and Belonging
How would you describe the culture of your local office or team?
The team fosters a supportive environment where members are eager to help each other, stepping in to cover engagements. Everyone wants each other to succeed, which makes it easy to ask questions, lean on one another and work together. Outside the office, we also genuinely enjoy spending time together, whether that’s at happy hours, pickleball tournaments or runs in the park.
Core Values
How does A&M’s core value of Quality resonate with you, and how have you seen it reflected in your work or team culture?
At A&M, quality is reflected in the products we deliver, the relationships we build and the experiences we have daily. Senior leaders took time to get to know me as a person and invested in my development, which helped me learn. Clients expect a high bar, which makes the work both challenging and rewarding. Knowing that what we deliver creates real value motivates me to bring my best every day.
Work-Life Balance and Hobbies Outside the Office
What hobby or interest outside of work energizes you?
As a former NCAA alpine skier, I love spending time outdoors. While New York City is not known for its mountains, I spend time outdoors in Central Park. I’ve traded skis for running shoes, joined a running group and am training to run the NYC Marathon in 2026.
